Attention Homeowner’s and/or Tenants

The Gas Company will no longer permit fumigation companies to shut off and restore gas service.

We have scheduled directly with the Gas Company to shut off the gas meter to your property on __________________ between the hours of _______________ . However, the homeowner or tenant must contact the Gas Company directly to have your service restored. Please make sure the Gas Company has access to gas meter (no locked gates, dogs, etc.)

Please call Southern California Gas at (800) 427-2200 or call San Diego Gas & Electric Company at (800) 411-7343 to have gas service restored. 24-Hour Advanced Notice is required. You may request gas service to be restored on ___________________ between the hours of ____________________ .

The Gas Company is requiring that the homeowner or agent be present at the time of service restoration and that they show proof that the structure is safe for re-entry. The re-entry notice we post on the front door will suffice, so make sure you keep that notice to show to the Gas Company Representative.
