Onsite estimates and consultations are free in most cases. A nominal fee applies for termite inspection reports used in real estate transactions, escrow or refinances.
Do you require a long-term pest control contract?
No. Our quarterly general pest control service does not require a long-term contract, and you may cancel at any time.
What is Vikane fumigation?
Vikane is a whole-structure fumigation used when drywood termites are widespread. We'll only recommend it when localized treatment can't solve the problem.
